01 · Download the App

Download the TriSpark app and register / log in to your account.

02 · Find This Station

Open the app and tap "Find Charger" to locate this station.

03 · Connect Cable to Car

Insert the charging connector into your vehicle's charging port.

04 · Lock & Authenticate

Lock the connector to ensure a secure connection before starting.

05 · Scan QR & Pay

Use the app to scan the QR code on the charger and complete payment.

06 · Charging Complete!

Monitor charging in the app. When done, check battery status and unplug.

EV Charging Station Safety Guide

Please read carefully before connecting your vehicle to any TriSpark charging point.

Warning — failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, injury, or equipment damage.

1 · Before You Charge

  • Choose the connector that matches your car — Type 1, Type 2, CCS, or CHAdeMO.
  • Park close, turn off the engine, and set the handbrake before connecting.
  • Check the cable for cracks, fraying, or exposed wires — never use if damaged.
  • Make sure the area is dry — never charge if there is water present.
  • Never touch the metal contacts inside the connector directly.
  • Charger wet, faulty, or damaged? Stop — call TriSpark.

2 · Safety While Charging

  • Never leave children unattended near charging equipment.
  • Never open, modify, or tamper with the charger or cable casing.
  • Keep the connector locked to your car throughout the session.
  • Smell smoke or see sparks? Press the red emergency stop immediately.
  • Never charge during thunderstorms, heavy rain, or flooding.

3 · During Charging

  • Check the "Charging" status on the station screen or app before you leave.
  • Periodically check for unusual heat, sound, or smell — stop if detected.
  • Never yank the connector out — end the session via the app or screen first.
  • Track kWh delivered and time remaining on the screen or app.

4 · Unplugging & Emergencies

  • End the session via the app or touchscreen before unplugging.
  • Return the cable neatly to its holder — never leave it on the ground.
  • Fire: leave the area and call 199. Never use water on burning electrical equipment.
  • Electric shock: don't touch the victim — press emergency stop, call 1195.
  • Report any fault to TriSpark — available 24/7.
